Mustering the troops-Assembling a NEW unit (must be assembled during the campaign)-1pt
Battle Dress-Painting a unit or independent character-1pt
Securing the garrison-Building terrain or objectives for the shop 1pt

I am hoping this thread is used for recording the three above points during the campaign.

This is what I have completed since the campaign began:

Week One
Objective - Tau weapon cache (40mm), for the shop
Objective - Eldar weapon cache (40mm), for the shop
Objective - Eldar artifact (25mm), for the shop
Objective - Eldar artifact (25mm), for the shop
Terrain - Five Force Field Generators, for the shop

Week Two (so far)
Unit - Dauntless class light cruiser (Battlefleet Gothic)
Unit - Squadron of two Cobra class escorts (Battlefleet Gothic)
Objective - Eldar Titan Head artifact (60mm), for the shop
Unit - Squadron of three Firestorm class escorts (Battlefleet Gothic)

I have never played a game with my Tau. they have been sitting in a box for over 2 years. Some are assembled, some not, all are unpainted.
I'll probably have to purchase some new units because I can barely stretch what I have to 1500 points with an abubdance of wargear. I'll be building and painting most of the army. And just painting the first few units.
I know that chapter approved is not "legal" anymore but what are your thoughts on including some human aux? I think they are fluffy and would like to add a couple squads just for fun. Thanks.

Or play them with the same rules as Tau Fire Warriors.

Finished constructing two Rhinos for the war effort to burn JAC III and record the musings of a billion dying souls! Go Slaanesh!

This one is pretty standard in terms of a Rhino - the only difference being the tank commander this is pointing using the hand meant for the Aspiring Champion from the Chaos Havocs box.

Like above, this one is standard. Just using some old bits I had to make the commander look more menacing. What is more menacing than charging into battle in a moving target that wants to smack you with a chainsword?

Group shot. At least they look better than the Rhino that came out of the Super Green dip. Ewww. I will never dare show anyone that one until it is primed at least.

I like your changes to the tank commanders, Mike. It's little things like that make the tracked boxes stand out on the tabletop.
Sadly, I don't have an update to my list tonight. Maybe tomorrow night. I gotta prime some Chaos escorts.

I agree, and thank you. Little conversions make all the difference. Can't say I am much of a modeler, but I will have to give it a try at some point. Slaanesh conversions are limitless!

You are like a machine with this terrain building. Good stuff.

One of these days I will have to try to catch you gents at the shop. It would be nice to put some faces to the names.
