I wanted to get an official post up for the Ard Boyz Tournament with everything consolidated together.

Check in Time - Noon to 12:30
Note - there is a real good chance the store will be open before noon, so if so you can certainly come earlier.

Start Time: 1:00 PM

Games are 2.5 hours long with a 15 minute break between each game.

Please read over the rules and scenarios below from GW.

Important Notes - Please have 5 copies of your army as it says in the GW rules. 1 for the judges, 1 for yourself, and 1 for each opponent. Even more important is NO GOING BEHIND THE DESK TO USE ARMY BUILDER TO PRINT OUT YOUR LIST BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT!!!

Sarge and I will need to be on the computer logging in people as they show from noon to 12:30, and will need to pair everyone off and place on tables from 12:30 to 1:00, so please have your stuff done and printed ahead of time. This hasn't been a problem of late so I appreciate everyones understanding, but there may be an abuser or two still out there Very Happy

Now, just for fun please post who you are planning to play. Not mandatory or anything, but it might be interesting to see what armies will be present.

I am coming down for the event, though I have no idea which army to use.... I might just pick the army based on what isn't there!

2,500 right i saw something awhile that said 2250 or something for the first round?

mitchell, that was us speculating. we were incorrect. it is 2500. i've checked and quadruple checked, just to make sure i didn't misread it.

cool, ardboyz is a blast.

if you want to test out some stuff, come on down either this or next wednesday. we can play around with your list and try to make it as competitive as possible.

I'll be there. The only question is what army. I'm looking at the I.G., but I might bring the Dark Angels out for another round. They won it for me last year so maybe they should get another go.
